We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) in Cape Town. The SAE is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving sales, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the executive’s efficiency and effectiveness in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: - Manage the SAE’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other key documents for meetings and presentations.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Customer Account Management: - Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current clients.
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests, ensuring their support tickets are addressed promptly.
- Schedule and organize regular check-ins and status meetings with key accounts.
Sales Support: - Aid the SAE in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
New Business Development: - Support the preparation of materials and proposals for new business pitches.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Manage and prioritize administrative tasks to streamline the executive’s workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and technology solutions is an advantage.
